Pocket square in pure silk twill. The Fluttuando motif depicts two Betta fish, the fighters with wide, veiled tails, in a fluid, harmonious movement. The vibrant colours seem to float in an abstract aquatic space, rich in texture and chromatic depth. The composition conveys a sense of suspended energy, balance and lightness, enhanced by a geometric border that gives it its contemporary character. The drawing is by Davide Cristofaro, an original work in mixed media on paper, reproduced in full: digitised and then printed on silk. Bright coral red on deep blue and violet hues: the version true to the original painting, the most intense and nocturnal of the series. In the photo on a light-blue linen jacket, with the striped light-blue knitted tie.
