Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

1. Return and Withdrawal Procedure

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery by sending a request to: customercare@davidecristofaro.com.

• Integrity conditions: items must be new, unused and with the single-use security seal intact.
• Important: removal of the seal invalidates the return for hygiene reasons (fashion accessories) and to preserve the artistic integrity and value (artworks and design).
• Return shipping costs: are borne by the customer, except as set out below.
• Faulty or incorrect items: if the item you receive is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, Davide Cristofaro Ltd covers the return shipping and the replacement in full. Write to customercare@davidecristofaro.com, attaching photographs of the item.
• Exclusions: pursuant to Art. 59 of the Codice del Consumo, the right of withdrawal is EXCLUDED for products made to measure, commissioned or personalised (e.g. on-demand glass prints, hand-painted canvases made to order).

2. Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds: Davide Cristofaro Ltd will refund the amount for the products following a compliance check within 14 days. In the event of an ineligible return, the goods will remain available for collection by the customer at their own expense.
• Exchange Service: direct exchanges are not available. For a different colour or model, the original item must be returned and a new order must be placed.

3. Withdrawing online, from the site

The right of withdrawal can be exercised online, on the Site, with no email to write and no form to fill in. This is where the function is:

• If you have an account: in your account, section “Orders”, open the order and in the block “Right of withdrawal” press “Withdraw from contract here”.
• If you ordered as a guest: the same button “Withdraw from contract here” is in your order confirmation email.
• If you no longer have that email: from the Withdrawal page you can have a new link sent to you, giving the order number and the email address of the order.

How it works: select the items you wish to withdraw from and press “Confirm withdrawal”. Withdrawal takes effect from the moment you press that button. Immediately afterwards a receipt reaches you by email, with the text of your statement and the exact date and time of transmission: keep it, it is your proof of withdrawal.

Alternatively, the withdrawal form set out in Annex I(B) of the Consumer Code remains available to you on the “Withdrawal form” page. It is optional: you may also withdraw by any other explicit statement.
