1. Security and data protection

All sensitive data is transmitted via a secure, encrypted connection, guaranteed by the 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate installed on www.davidecristofaro.com. Personal information and payment data are handled in compliance with the highest information security standards (PCI-DSS).

2. Accepted payment methods

Purchases can be made simply and securely by choosing from the following methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Postepay and all major international circuits.
• PayPal: for fast payments through your secure account.
• Bank Transfer: for those who prefer the traditional method (see point 4).
• Note: the Cash on Delivery payment service is not available.

3. Transaction management

Davide Cristofaro Limited does not store or have access to sensitive card data. In the event of payment by card, financial data is forwarded directly to a payment service provider (PSP) via encrypted protocol. Such information is used exclusively to:

• Complete the purchase and confirm the order.
• Issue refunds in the event of a return compliant with the applicable policies.
• Prevent and report potential fraud to the competent authorities. The amount will be charged at the time the online transaction is completed.

4. Payment by bank transfer

By selecting this method, you will receive a confirmation email containing the bank details (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC) of Davide Cristofaro Limited.

• Timing: payment must be made within 48 hours. Customers are invited to send a copy of the receipt to customercare@davidecristofaro.com in order to reserve the artwork or product.
• Processing: shipment will take place only after the funds have been effectively credited (1-3 working days for Europe, up to 5 for non-EU countries).
• Charges: any bank fees relating to the transaction are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
